Unused credits
If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used packs
If you have used some credits, we refund the unused portion at the per-credit price you paid, within 14 days of purchase.
Failed generations
Credits are only deducted when a generation completes. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
How to request
Email support@getsprite.art from the address on your account and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
