The current service
GetSprite is an experimental, pre-commercial tool operated by an independent developer. It can generate a pixel-art sprite from text and display local previews. Features can change, be limited, or be unavailable while the service is developed. The animator upload interface currently previews your selected image locally; it does not submit that file for animation processing.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the prompts and images you use with GetSprite and must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use them. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity, or to interfere with the service or other users. NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content is not permitted. Content involving minors in any sexual context is strictly prohibited. We may block or limit requests to protect the service or enforce these terms.
AI output needs review
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, similar to existing material, or subject to third-party rights. You must review an output before using it and confirm that your intended use complies with applicable law and the rules of the platforms where you publish it. GetSprite does not promise that output is original, non-infringing, exclusive, fit for a particular purpose, or available for unrestricted commercial use.
Accounts and purchases
You may use Google sign-in to access a basic GetSprite account, and you are responsible for the Google account you use. GetSprite does not currently provide credits, paid plans, payment processing, purchase history, or automatic refunds. If commercial features are introduced, their payment, refund, account, and data-handling terms will be published before they become available.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the current service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
